I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offered a lot of positives like friendly staff and clean rooms. The location was great for nearby hiking and beautiful views, although it was a bit outside the center, making some activities less convenient. The dining options could use more variety, especially at breakfast. Overall, it provided good value for money despite a few minor drawbacks.

I had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and had everything I could need for a comfortable stay, and the location was amazing for exploring the surrounding areas. The staff was friendly but could use some improvement in attentiveness. The only downside was the limited breakfast options, but overall, I found it to be a good value for money.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms felt like temporary apartments, were clean, and stocked with everything one could possibly need, including a full kitchen with utensils and a full-size coffeemaker.
Service

The staff was absolutely friendly, but I felt they could have been more tuned into what our group needed. There was some important information about an infirmary that could have cost us significantly.
Location

The location was exceptional with views to die for, and it was very close to town, making it easy to enjoy surrounding areas.
Dining

Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited which was kind of a letdown, especially since we relied on it before heading out to hike.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, away from the madness of town but still close to everything, and the views were amazing. The room was spacious and clean, but I noticed a lingering smell that reminded me of onions. The staff was friendly, but they were a bit too pushy about a time-share presentation. Overall, I found decent value for money despite some minor drawbacks.

6.8/10

The hotel was clean and very spacious, making it comfortable for my family. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. However, the room we got was on the ground level facing the street, and that location wasn’t ideal, as it was noisy with cars parked just outside. Additionally, the dining options weren't available during our stay, which was a bit disappointing.

Rooms
7.0
The room was nicely decorated and very roomy, but being on the ground level facing the street wasn’t the best choice for us.
Service
9.0
The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my requests for a second-floor room, which I really appreciated.
Location
7.0
The location was quite comfortable and near several parks, but it was not super convenient for exploring all that Sedona has to offer.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were not available during our stay, which was a bummer, especially when we wanted to grab a bite before heading out to hike.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had decent amenities, but nothing stood out in terms of facilities during my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its spacious rooms and great kitchen setup. It was located in a quiet area away from the busy parts of town, yet still close to everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for restful nights. However, my experience with the front desk service could have been better, and I really missed having a great view from my room.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a great kitchen, although mine was at the back with no view.
Service

While most staff were friendly, I found the front desk to be a bit rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing.

The amenities were decent, and I particularly loved the quiet location and the fully stocked kitchen, though I could have used a couple more kitchen tools.

5.8/10

I have to say, my recent stay wasn't quite what I expected. The location is nice but a bit removed from downtown Sedona. The room I got was disappointingly small and didn't have the king bed with a great view that I had reserved. However, the service was friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the downsides. Overall, it felt like the hotel might be struggling a bit with its rebranding, which affected my experience.

Rooms
5.0
The room I was given was much smaller than advertised and faced the parking lot instead of the red rocks. It felt dark and cramped, which was disappointing after staying here for so many years.
Service
7.0
The staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful, though I did feel pressured when they mentioned some VIP tour related to timeshare offers. However, the kitchen was well-stocked, which was a plus.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit out of downtown Sedona, which isn't ideal if you want to walk to attractions. However, it's conveniently close to grocery stores and the area is generally quiet.
Dining
5.0
Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't available during my stay, which was a bummer since I was hoping for some complimentary options.
Facilities
7.0
The bathtub in the room was lovely, and the pool area seemed well-maintained. However, the lack of some basic amenities was noticeable.
